A Long Tradition

Welcome! Established in 1939, the Society of West-Coast Artists has a long history of promoting our encouraging and promoting our artists through art education and to bring a closer relationship between the fine artist and the public. Originally founded in Chicago with many chapters, the San Francisco and San Joaquin Valley Chapters are the remaining legacy. Today we accomplish our mission through exhibitions, demos, workshops and other means of community support. In addition, we are a completely volunteer driven society.
